On January 19, 2001 a company called "Elad" was registered. Today we are 20 years old.
For the staff of Elad LLC, the anniversary date is not only a reason to accept congratulations, but also another milestone at which the results are summed up and plans for the future are made.

SILICONE SLEEVES PRODUCTION STARTED
In 2019-2020, Elad LLC mastered the production of silicone automobile hoses for cooling and heating systems with a thread frame and frameless.
This type of hose is widely used in cooling systems for car engines and for the transfer of any fluids, except for aggressive ones.
Silicone hoses are suitable for replacing ordinary rubber hoses in GAZ, UAZ, PAZ, MAZ, KAMAZ, URAL, VAZ, ZIL, many foreign cars, as well as for various applications in industry and in the national economy. It is important that this type of product can be made to order.
The use of silicone hoses is to ensure stable connections, eliminate leaks and losses, as well as significantly increase the maintenance-free period of operation.
Silicone hoses for cooling and heating systems have a number of advantages over rubber ones:
- - working temperature from -50 ° to 250 °.
- - elasticity,
- - wear resistance
Meets SAE J20R1 class A requirements.

The GOST R ISO 9001: 2015 certificate confirms the operation of the enterprise in accordance with the unified quality management system (QMS), which is aimed at improving product quality by effectively managing all processes of the company, coordinating the activities of all divisions of the company, without exception, and each of its employees.
HYDRAULIC HOSES PRODUCTION LAUNCHED
In March 2019, Elad LLC launched the production of a new hose.
Hydraulic hoses are intended for use as flexible connecting pipelines in hydraulic systems of construction, road, agricultural, forestry, communal and other mobile and stationary machines for supplying high-pressure working fluids.
Hydraulic hoses are a more appropriate solution than obsolete rigid metal tubes.
Hydraulic hoses 1SN, 2SN are a complex consisting of a rubber sleeve with a metal braid and fittings with a metric, tapered or pipe thread. The Hydraulic hoses 1SN, 2SN supplied by our company ensures high tightness during transportation of various working fluids without the use of any auxiliary seals. The quality and service life of the sleeves is largely due to their quality performance, competent design of the fitting and the correct installation. At present, the Hydraulic hoses 2SN (1SN) is actively being introduced into equipment and machinery where hydraulic, pneumatic and oil drives are available, including:
- in gas and water supply systems;
- in tractors, excavators, loading equipment, rollers, pavers;
- in means for transporting various oils, liquid fuels, water-oil emulsions;
- in mountain, forest, road-building and municipal special equipment;
- in the equipment of the metallurgical, oil and gas, machine-building industry.
Hydraulic hoses are equally necessary both in domestic equipment (MTZ, DT, K-700 tractors, Don and Niva combines, excavators, etc.), and in the most modern machines of world manufacturers (Komatsu, Hitachi, CATERPILLAR, JOHN DEERE, JCB and etc.)

During the period from August 21 to 24, 2017, specialists of OOO ELAD took part in the MIMS 2017 in the Expocentre Fairgrounds in Moscow, an auto parts and development exhibition in the automotive industry. In the pavilions of the exhibition complex, many manufacturers of analog auto parts and automotive accessories were introduced. In addition to the leading manufacturers, individual pavilions were filled with a lot of Chinese and Korean brands aimed at finding potential buyers in Russia. For Russian retailers it was possible to get acquainted with the presented novelties, get consultations, attend the training seminars and also the possibility of concluding contracts for the opening of franchises, the purchase of specialized software and the acquisition of new lots of goods. Meetings were held with the existing partners of ELAD LLC from Russia and the near abroad, contracts were concluded for the supply of rubber products with new customers of the enterprise.

Every year, "Elad" LLC organizes an all-in-house internal training of the personnel in the methods of "Lean Production". In August 2017, 50 people were trained on the "Fundamentals of Lean Production: Eight Types of Losses at the Enterprise"

Every year, the company "Elad" provides universal internal training of the personnel of production sites on the quality management system (QMS). In July 2017, 87 people were trained on the "Basic requirements of the ISO / TS 16949 quality standard".

From April 24 to 27, the 20th international specialized exhibition of rubber products, tires, technologies for their production, raw materials and equipment "Tires, Rubber and Rubber-2017" was held in Moscow in the Expocentre Fairgrounds. Our company held meetings with domestic and foreign partners at the most popular exhibition venue in Russia to demonstrate new products, materials, equipment and machinery, new technologies and solutions. As a result of which contracts were signed for the supply of rubber products.
